Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Artimezia (Casablanca, Morocco) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us:

• Enrollment requests (checkout): your name, email address, phone number, the courses and formats you selected, an optional discount code, and any notes you add.
• Contact form: your name, email address, your phone number and subject if you add them, and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address and your language.

We do not collect payment card details on this website: no online payment is taken. Payment is arranged directly with our team after your request.

How we use it

• To process your enrollment request and contact you to confirm your course, schedule, and payment.
• To answer the questions you send through the contact form.
• To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can ask us to unsubscribe you at any time.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Enrollment requests and newsletter subscriptions are stored in our database with our technical providers: Hostinger (website hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage, with servers in the United Kingdom). Messages and confirmations may be sent through an email delivery service. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Contact form messages are sent to our team by email and are not stored in the website database.

Cookies and local storage

We only use what the website needs to work:

• One language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers whether you browse in English or Arabic.
• Your browser's local storage, to keep your cart, a discount code you selected, and whether you have closed our announcements and cookie notice. This information stays on your device.
• Team members who log in to our administration area also receive a login cookie.

We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

WhatsApp and external links

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. The same applies to our social media pages.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on your enrollment, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
